Friendly, skilled staff thst is very COVID conscious. Jerry has cut my hair for years and does a great job. Highly recommend Visible Changes!

Visible Changes is the best salon in Louisville!The Durbin’s are great people, salt of the Earth. They are very prompt, very friendly, and very accommodating. You will feel like family after your first visit here.

I got my last haircut here when I stayed in Louisville for a month. It was a great experience and the lady who cut my hair was experienced and did a great job. I had a great time conversing with her. Would come back if I stayed in town

Bill Durbin is the best!!! I moved to Indiana and keep trying to find a new hairstylist and keep coming back to Bill at Visible Changes. No matter how messed up the other stylist make my hair Bill can always fix it. I should just forget trying to find a replacement because Bill is the best, not to mention I can always get in to see Bill no waiting for a week to have my hair cut.

Judy Frazier is absolutely fantastic!!! My entire family goes to her for haircuts. She's very creative, talented with curly hair and delightful to visit with. She's also wonderful about making time for me at the last minute if I have a special occasion.

Love Jill. Me and my son go in all the time and have our hair cut there. He is 5 years old and he absolutely loves getting his haircut with her and he loves having his hair washed and hair rinsed. And on top of that she really does a great job. The price is reasonable to. I basically tip about half of what she charges on top of it because it's so reasonable

Bill is terrific. Knows what I want, does it, and I'm gone quickly. He's a great guy, too. Another fabulous day with the only man who can keep my hair from looking like Phyllis Diller!!!
